What is HONEY?
HONEY is a house and dance music event production company based in Buffalo, New York. Shows take place at partner venues across Buffalo and Western New York. Each event page lists its venue, date, lineup and ticket options.
Can I buy tickets without a HIVE account?
Yes. Public ticket sales support guest checkout; you do not need to create a HIVE account. Some tiers have a HIVE presale window before public sales. Check the event page for the current presale notice and ticket options.
What is HIVE, and does it cost anything?
HIVE is HONEY’s free rewards portal for ticket history, early access and perks. Sign in at honeybflo.com/account with the email you use to buy tickets. There is no membership fee or application. Rewards and presale windows may vary by event.
How do I receive my ticket?
After a successful ticket purchase, your QR ticket is sent to the email address used at checkout. Keep that ticket available for entry. For free events with an external RSVP link, follow the confirmation instructions from that RSVP provider.
What should I do if my ticket email is missing?
Check spam and promotions folders, then sign in to HIVE with your purchase email to look for the ticket. If you still cannot find it, email support@honeybflo.com with the event name and the email used at checkout. Check your existing purchase before buying again.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
When transfers are available for your ticket, use your HIVE account signed in with the purchase email. Completing a transfer voids the original QR code and issues a new one to the recipient. Check your event’s restrictions before transferring; not every ticket is transferable.
Where can I see the current ticket price and fees?
Check the ticket options on the event page and the total shown at checkout. Prices can change as tiers become available or sell out. Use the current event page instead of relying on a price shown in an older flyer or social post.
What age and ID requirements apply?
HONEY events are 21+ unless the event page states otherwise. Bring a valid, non-expired government-issued photo ID. Venue security controls admission and may deny entry under its policies.
What happens if an event is cancelled, and are tickets refundable?
All sales are final. If HONEY cancels an event, ticket holders are contacted with available options, including credit toward a future event. See the full refund policy at honeybflo.com/policy and contact support@honeybflo.com about a specific purchase.
How do I plan parking, accessible entry and arrival?
Use the event page for the exact venue address, directions and show hours. Parking, accessible entry, dress codes and re-entry rules vary by venue and event. Check the venue’s current visitor information or contact the venue before your visit. The venue guides link to official information.
