All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued. In limited circumstances, HONEY may offer a transfer to a future event at its sole discretion.

All HONEY events are 21+ unless otherwise noted. A valid, non-expired government-issued photo ID is required for entry. Venue security reserves the right to deny entry at their discretion.

Event details — including lineup, venue, date, and time — are subject to change without notice. HONEY will make reasonable efforts to communicate changes via social media and email.

By attending a HONEY event, you consent to being photographed and/or recorded. Photos and video may be used for promotional purposes, including social media, advertising, and website content.

HIVE accounts: HIVE is our free rewards portal — ticket history, early access, and perks for people who love HONEY parties. One account per person. Rewards, presale windows, and perks may change or end at any time. Ticket transfers are done from your HIVE account; when you transfer a ticket, your QR code is voided and a new one is issued to the recipient.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on tickets or merchandise. If an event is cancelled by HONEY, ticket holders will be contacted with options including credit toward a future event.

We use information needed to process payments, deliver tickets, secure accounts and provide support. Stripe handles payment processing. Optional measurement choices do not prevent you from buying tickets.

HIVE Accounts & Google Sign-In: When you create a HIVE account, we store your email address and any profile details you choose to add (name, phone, birthday, city, Instagram handle) to show your ticket history and provide rewards. If you sign in with Google, we receive only your basic profile information (name, email address, and profile picture) — we never access your contacts, files, or other Google data. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can request deletion of your account and its data at any time by emailing us.

Resend delivers ticket and sign-in emails. We collect the name, email address, phone and billing information needed for your purchase; we do not store full card details. Event and promotional emails follow their separate preferences.

Google Analytics can measure public-page visits, ticket selections, checkout handoffs and completed orders when analytics is on. This may include pseudonymous browser and session identifiers, campaign information, show and ticket details, quantities, prices, and general device and location information. Our ordinary Google Analytics events exclude your name, email, phone, billing address and checkout-access credentials.

Advertising storage, advertising data sharing and personalized advertising have separate choices. Where enabled and permitted by those choices, Meta receives advertising measurement data, including event and purchase information, browser or click identifiers and matching information. Google and Meta process information under their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. These measurement choices are separate from email marketing permission.

For visitors in the United States, analytics and advertising measurement are on by default when there is no saved choice. Visitors elsewhere are asked before optional measurement starts. Use Privacy settings in the footer to accept, reject or customize these choices at any time. Necessary functions remain on. We keep your explicit choices in this browser until you change or clear them. A browser Global Privacy Control signal turns advertising measurement off.

Withdrawing analytics permission stops future collection through these controls and clears affected first-party measurement context. On an authenticated order receipt, it also requests cancellation of eligible pending analytics for that order. The receipt shows an error and retry control if that request fails. Withdrawal cannot recall data already accepted by a service or a request already in flight.
