HIVE accounts: HIVE is our free rewards portal — ticket history, early access, and perks for people who love HONEY parties. One account per person. Rewards, presale windows, and perks may change or end at any time. Ticket transfers are done from your HIVE account; when you transfer a ticket, your QR code is voided and a new one is issued to the recipient.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on tickets or merchandise. If an event is cancelled by HONEY, ticket holders will be contacted with options including credit toward a future event.

Information We Collect: When you purchase tickets or interact with our site, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, and billing information. Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe — we do not store your full card details. We also collect anonymized browser analytics data including pages visited and referral sources.
How We Use Your Data: Your information is used to deliver tickets, send event updates and confirmations, and improve our site experience through analytics. We may send occasional promotional emails about upcoming events.
HIVE Accounts & Google Sign-In: When you create a HIVE account, we store your email address and any profile details you choose to add (name, phone, birthday, city, Instagram handle) to show your ticket history and provide rewards. If you sign in with Google, we receive only your basic profile information (name, email address, and profile picture) — we never access your contacts, files, or other Google data. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can request deletion of your account and its data at any time by emailing us.
Third Parties: We share data with Stripe for payment processing, with Resend for delivering ticket and sign-in emails, and with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google for advertising measurement and optimization. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
